From the High-Rise to the Harvest: Why I Swapped Corporate Suits for Cold-Pressed Juice

For over a decade, my life was defined by the fast-paced, high-stakes world of corporate telecommunications. Living in the heart of New York City and working for a giant like AT&T, I was the definition of "The Grind." My days were measured in conference calls, quarterly goals, and the relentless hum of the city that never sleeps.
But even in the middle of a successful career, I felt a growing disconnect. I was fueling my body with convenience rather than nutrients, and I realized that while I was "grinding," I wasn't exactly "glowing."
The Texas Pivot
The turning point came with a relocation to Texas. Leaving behind the familiar skyline of NYC for the wide-open energy of the Lone Star State provided the clarity I didn't know I needed. I realized that my passion for business didn't have to stay confined to a boardroom—it could be used to build something that actually changed people’s lives for the better.
I’ve always believed in the power of holistic nutrition. As a mother of four and a full-time student, I knew firsthand how difficult it is to prioritize wellness when life gets busy. I didn't want to just "manage" my health; I wanted to optimize it.
Launching the Glow
Grind N Glow Wellness was born out of that necessity. I took the discipline, strategy, and management skills I honed during my twelve years at AT&T and poured them into the science of cold-pressed juicing.
I traded the corporate ladder for a commercial press because I saw a gap in our community for raw, functional nutrition that actually fits into a busy lifestyle. I wanted to create a brand that recognized the hustle (the Grind) but ensured that the person behind the work stayed vibrant (the Glow).
More Than Just Juice
Moving to Royse City wasn't just a change of address; it was a change of mission. Today, when I see a client pick up a Weekly Glow Pack or tell me how our Immune Power shots helped them through a tough week, I feel a level of fulfillment that a corporate promotion never quite reached.
I’m still a student of business, and I’m still an entrepreneur at heart. But now, my business is your health.
Whether you’re a corporate professional in the middle of your own grind, a parent juggling a million tasks, or someone just looking for a fresh start—I’ve been there. And I’m here to help you glow through it.
